Construction

• Sheath can be manufactured in copper, stainless steel, Incoloy®, or titanium.
• The sheath surrounds a helical coil of nickel- chrome resistance wire, centered and tightly compacted by an electrical insulator and heat transfer medium of magnesium oxide.
• WNH Heating typically use Incoloy® for 6.7mm diameter, titanium for 8mm diameter, and Incoloy® 800 or Incoloy® 840 for 11mm diameter.
